Most of our customers telephone us, but you can also e-mail your questions or submit them through our customer web. We accept all calls, whether you have a technical problem or want to order more licenses.
Our helpdesk is not what you would call a traditional helpdesk. We are a large dedicated team of highly trained experts: people with extensive industry experience, system developers, accountants and civil engineers, who are also very good problem solvers.
We have expert knowledge regarding Kobra II, Kobra II´s different modules, and technology in general. Our strength is that we have many different expertise to help you with your problem.
